Breakfast - everything bagel with becel vegan margarine
Lunch - homefries, hashbrowns, toast, sometimes eggs or something protien-y/OR veggie meat, noodles, carrots
Dinner - veggie meat, potatoes/pasta/rice, and vegetable.
Snack - crackers, fruit2go bars, oreos (depending on where you live these may or may not be vegan), dry cereal (typically something sweet like froot loops or capt’n crunch.
If I eat out (teeehee) - veggie burger, thai food, veggie sub, pasta.
